One Good Saturday

This past Saturday was an enjoyable day. Here is why:

The sun was shining when we woke up.

We made pancakes and ate them with maple syrup.

We went to Tenterden (a port town without a coast)

There happened to be a folk festival going on.

The folk festival featured Morris Dancers (see scary picture above)

We found Scrabble and carpet croquet at a charity shop (read thrift store)

We had a fantastic lunch. (Erica had the best fish here yet)

Stopped in Headcorn on the way back.

We had a great dinner.

And ended the day with Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince.

  1. Hey Zac and Erica! Hope y'all are well and things are good.
Last night Josh and I were talking with Daveo Ho (remember him from Moody, the super-suave barista at Joe's?), who is from Maidstone, and he was shocked to hear about you there. In fact, you may go to church with his parents--a particularly Asian-looking family, who mentioned to him that an American couple had been coming. I think Daveo and his wife Cami are moving back there at the end of the month.
Just wanted to share a 'small-world' moment. Have a great day!
